Website Terms

Last Updated: February 24, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Seven Contracting, LLC website (the “Site”) and any related content, forms, estimates, or communications. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Who We Are

The Site is operated by Seven Contracting, LLC (“Seven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide contracting-related services which may include (as applicable) mobile asphalt and concrete crushing, recycling, material handling, hauling, site support, and related services (the “Services”).

2) Informational Use Only

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate, it may not always be complete, current, or applicable to your specific project. Nothing on the Site is legal, engineering, environmental, safety, or other professional advice.

3) Quotes, Estimates, and Proposals

Any quote, estimate, budget number, or proposal provided through the Site (including via contact forms, email, phone, or text) is non-binding unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by Seven. Pricing and availability may change due to site conditions, volumes, contamination, access, mobilization constraints, production requirements, permits, fuel, disposal fees, and other factors. A binding scope of work, pricing, and schedule exists only when set forth in a fully executed service agreement or written contract.

4) Scheduling, Site Conditions, and Customer Responsibilities

Project scheduling is subject to equipment availability, crew availability, weather, site access, safety requirements, and permitting. Customer or site host responsibilities may include (as applicable): providing safe/legal access for trucks and equipment, adequate work area and ground conditions, locating/marking utilities and hazards, obtaining required permissions/approvals (unless our contract states otherwise), providing water supply for dust suppression when needed/required (unless our contract states otherwise), and ensuring feed material is acceptable and free of prohibited items.

Seven may suspend or stop work if conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, feed material is unsuitable, or required controls are not available.

5) Permits, Compliance, and Environmental Controls

Services may be subject to local, state, and federal requirements (including environmental and safety rules). Unless your contract states otherwise: the customer/site host is responsible for site-specific permissions/approvals; Seven will operate equipment using reasonable industry practices and may implement dust, noise, and stormwater best practices where feasible and/or required; we may refuse material or stop work if we reasonably believe it violates applicable laws or poses safety/environmental risk.

6) Materials, Results, and No Guarantee

Production rates, gradation, tonnage, and finished product characteristics depend on many factors (feed type, contamination, moisture, reinforcement, hardness, required spec, screen setup, and site logistics). Unless expressly stated in a signed contract, we do not guarantee production rates, exact gradation, or specific outcomes. Examples or photos on the Site are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

7) Safety

Safety is a condition of service. All visitors and customer personnel must comply with site safety rules, required PPE, exclusion zones, and equipment operating boundaries. Seven may remove or restrict access for anyone acting unsafely.

8) Intellectual Property

The Site and all content (including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and design) are owned by or licensed to Seven and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal/business reference only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or exploit Site content without prior written permission.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; introduce malware, spam, scraping, or disruptive code; submit false or fraudulent inquiries; or interfere with Site operation or security. We may block access or submissions that appear abusive, automated, or fraudulent.

10) Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access third-party sites at your own risk.

11) Communications

If you contact us, you consent to receiving communications from Seven by phone, email, or text regarding your inquiry, scheduling, quotes, and project coordination. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages by replying “STOP” (when applicable).

12) Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SEVEN CONTRACTING, LLC (OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ALL CASES, SEVEN’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100. (Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.)

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seven Contracting, LLC and its affiliates, owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
